Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and proactive communication.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-focused review process to educate clients about insurance products and recommend suitable options based on individual needs.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to achieving agency goals and delivering superior service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, licensing requirements, technical developments, and participate in continuing education.

- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life and Health license (required).
