Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) - Summary
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting with policy questions, identifying insurance needs, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will also play a key part in marketing insurance products, generating leads, and helping to expand the agency's client base. Your property and casualty license will enable you to provide expert guidance to customers while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and current clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Build new customer relationships and maintain existing accounts through proactive follow-up and support.
- Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to establish and achieve marketing goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to help grow the agency's book of business.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and in-person to build trust and rapport.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Willingness to obtain Life insurance license (preferred but not required upon hire).
