Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance customers, ensuring an outstanding customer service experience.
- Utilize your Property and Casualty license to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about insurance products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive follow-up.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing concerns.
- Educate clients about available insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
