Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing concerns
- Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality service and achieving daily goals
- Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a positive and productive office environment
- Ensure timely and thorough activity reporting to the agent
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments through ongoing education
