Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance customers, addressing inquiries and providing policy guidance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent, value-based conversations.
- Leverage active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to support a wide range of insurance needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal team members and agency leadership to achieve business goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, responding to needs and following up as required.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including policy inquiries, coverage explanations, and billing support.
- Guide clients through insurance options using a needs-based, customer-centric approach.
- Assist with policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and clarifications on insurance coverages.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success and customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agency leadership.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education within the insurance industry.

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
