Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) - Summary
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for insurance clients, including policy inquiries, claims processing, and billing clarification.
- Utilize active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to educate and assist clients with insurance options and policy changes.
- Act as a liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through value-based service.

- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Respond promptly, accurately, and courteously to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims submissions, billing issues, and transfers.
