Insurance Customer Service Representative – P&C Licensed - Summary- Full-time, in-office position at Steffens Insurance Group in Waterford, WI
- Responsible for managing client accounts and supporting policy service needs for personal lines insurance
- Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance carriers, and team members
- Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development
- Serve as the main contact for clients, managing personal lines accounts and handling all policy inquiries
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and answer coverage questions promptly and accurately
- Assist clients with filing claims and coordinate with insurance carriers to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems and technology platforms
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and deliver high levels of client satisfaction
- Stay informed about insurance products, Wisconsin P&C regulations, and industry best practices
- Base pay with performance-based bonuses (estimated annual range: $50,000 - $75,000)
