Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) - Summary
The Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) serves as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their property and casualty insurance policies. This hybrid role requires an active Property and Casualty license and the ability to commute to the Boulder office several days per week, with remote work flexibility. You will ensure that clients receive prompt, accurate, and friendly support for all their insurance-related inquiries and service needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish, nurture, and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Deliver responsive, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing questions.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate clients about available insurance products and recommend solutions that meet their requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to client satisfaction in every interaction, both in-person and virtually.
- Maintain detailed and timely activity reports to support agency operations and compliance requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with product changes, licensing requirements, industry developments, and continuing education to better serve clients.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License (required).
- Ability to obtain Life and Health Insurance License.
- Demonstrated ability to commute to the Boulder, CO office on designated in-office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
