Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for policyholders in Glendale, CA, providing high-quality customer service and insurance guidance.
- Utilize your active Property and Casualty license to address inquiries regarding policies, coverages, claims, and billing.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing explanations.
- Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process to identify appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success on behalf of the agency and its clients.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent and remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, and industry technical developments.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required).
- Ability to commute reliably to the in-office location in Glendale, CA.
- Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license.
- Bilingual skills, particularly English/Armenian, considered a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written, verbal, listening), and organizational skills.
