Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) - Summary
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers seeking information or assistance with insurance policies.
- Utilize an active Property and Casualty license to address client needs and provide accurate policy details.
- Contribute to agency growth through excellent customer experience and value-driven conversations.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and agency best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based, customer-focused review process.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving success daily.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to a positive office environment.
- Support the agency’s sales and retention goals by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Life and Health insurance license (or willingness and ability to obtain within 3-6 months of hire).
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an asset.
