Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) - Summary- Support a growing insurance agency with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding policy servicing and questions
- Utilize your Property & Casualty license to help clients manage their insurance needs
- Contribute to the agency’s reputation for professionalism and reliability
- Service existing customer accounts, including processing policy changes, handling renewals, and responding to billing inquiries
- Proactively reach out to clients to conduct coverage reviews and discuss upcoming renewals
- Identify insurance coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions to meet client needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in agency management systems
- Support overall retention and customer satisfaction goals by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally
