Insurance Customer Service Representative (Licensed, P&C) – Summary
- Support agency operations by providing expert customer service and insurance guidance

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Respond promptly, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim processes, and billing
- Implement a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options and help them make informed decisions
- Maintain a consistent work ethic and a strong commitment to achieving daily success
- Generate activity and progress reports for agency leadership
- Stay current on industry developments, licensing requirements, and technical updates
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to shared goals

Salary & Benefits
- Base salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
