Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service for policy inquiries, billing, claims support, and general assistance via phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Handle incoming phone calls and client communications professionally and efficiently
- Support daily agency operations and coordinate with team members to enhance client satisfaction
- Educate clients about coverage options, including Personal Price Plans® and bundling opportunities
- Pursue retention and agency growth through client referrals and identification of cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain detailed client records and document all communications in compliance with regulatory standards
- Uphold the agency’s reputation for exceptional service and integrity in every interaction

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Colorado Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
- At least one year of experience in insurance service or sales; prior State Farm experience is a plus
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in an office setting and, for qualified candidates, in a remote/hybrid arrangement
- Must reside in Colorado; State Farm experience is required for remote work eligibility
