Insurance Customer Service Representative (Licensed CSR) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current clients and new prospects, responding to their insurance inquiries and concerns.
- Process client policy change requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to better assist clients.
- Take and process premium payments from customers.
- Educate clients about new insurance products and services as they become available.
- Ask clients for referrals and clearly explain the agency’s referral program.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and return all messages in a timely manner.
- Adhere strictly to underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements for all policies.
- Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
