Insurance Customer Service Representative (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients professionally and courteously.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and prompt responses to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate clients on appropriate insurance options and assist in decision-making.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy updates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client concerns and provide seamless service.
