Insurance Customer Service Representative (Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, billing clarification, claim submissions, and transfers.
- Educate clients on a range of insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
- Process new applications as part of daily workflow (no marketing duties required).
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to daily success.
- Deliver thorough and timely activity reports to the agent.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues as needed.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive minimum hourly wage of $18/hr with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
