Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by following up as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
