Insurance Customer Service Representative (Licensed) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding property, casualty, life, and health insurance policies
- Deliver a high standard of customer care through clear communication, responsiveness, and problem-solving
- Foster positive relationships with clients and support their insurance needs throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including assisting with inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, eligibility, coverage, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate clients about available insurance products using a needs-based approach tailored to individual requirements
- Uphold a strong work ethic and demonstrate commitment to achieving team and individual success
- Document activities and interactions with clients, providing timely reports to the agent
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, and ongoing training or continuing education as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required prior to hire)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required prior to hire)
