Insurance Customer Service Representative (Licensed) - Summary- Client-facing role in a licensed insurance environment
- Utilize active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
- Deliver high-quality service and support to insurance policyholders

- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
- Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Maintain a high level of work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals
