Insurance Customer Service Representative (Licensed) - Summary
- Full-time position supporting client service, policy reviews, and insurance sales
- Primary focus on Property & Casualty insurance products; opportunity to expand licensure to Life insurance
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations
- Collaborate with agency staff and agents to achieve marketing and retention goals
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients
- Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers on available insurance coverage options
- Assist with policy retention, renewals, and account reviews to ensure client satisfaction
- Support the agency's marketing initiatives and contribute to achieving sales targets
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and policy changes
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective communication and follow-up

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Willingness to obtain Life insurance licensure if not already held
- Previous experience with Allstate products is preferred but not required
