Insurance Customer Service Representative (Bilingual, P&C Licensed) - Summary- Deliver exceptional insurance-related customer service in both Spanish and English
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and policy needs
- Support the agency's mission to provide value-based solutions and outstanding client experiences
- Participate in the agency's growth by fostering positive client relationships
- Establish and maintain ongoing customer relationships, following up as needed
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Educate clients on insurance products using a needs-based review process
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service at every client touchpoint
- Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to daily success
- Deliver timely and thorough activity reports to the agency
