Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

- Serve as an administrative assistant to the agent, handling a variety of tasks related to daily operations, client communications, and office management.
- Work closely with the agent to develop, implement, and achieve targeted marketing and business objectives.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to success, consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and maintain a high level of service expertise.
- Prior experience in customer service is required; sales experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated people-oriented approach, consistently maintaining professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive attitude and the drive to contribute to team and personal success.
- Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is preferred but not required. Candidates willing to pursue licensure are encouraged to apply.
