Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding insurance inquiries and policy management

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, including following up with clients as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and helpful information regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend additional products when appropriate
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with agency processes
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience
