Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting clients with policy questions and account updates
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and follow up with customers as needed
- Process customer requests efficiently and maintain accurate records in agency systems
- Support daily office operations, including various administrative tasks
- Build strong, positive relationships with new and existing clients to promote satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach activities to connect with potential and current customers
- Identify opportunities to inform clients about additional insurance products and services
- Participate in regular in-person meetings, training sessions, and team events to enhance skills and collaboration
