Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Engage with clients to address insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize your Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses to educate customers on available coverage options.
- Contribute to agency growth through consultative conversations and needs-based reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations through ongoing education and training.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Provide thorough, friendly, and efficient customer service in all interactions.
- Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-focused approach.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success.
- Accurately document customer interactions and provide timely activity reports to agency management.
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and support overall business growth.
