Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- Support agency operations through efficient handling of client accounts, billing, and documentation.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address customer questions and requests.
- Manage appointment schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain necessary office supplies to support daily operations.
- Accurately prepare and process insurance forms, manage client files, and ensure all paperwork is properly completed and stored.
- Enter new and updated client information into the agency management system, ensuring records remain current and accurate.
- Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and follow up on any overdue accounts to support timely collections.
- Act as a liaison between clients and agents to facilitate clear and effective communication regarding policies and procedures.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including organizing events, preparing promotional content, and managing the agency’s social media presence.
- Provide initial assistance to clients during the claims process, gathering necessary documentation and coordinating with claims adjusters as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Prior experience in the insurance sector, especially with State Farm, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Background in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in insurance or financial services settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with agency management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
