Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Engage with customers to provide insurance product information, handle service requests, and resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Promote and build strong customer relationships by being a friendly, helpful, and engaged member of the team.
- Assist agents and team members with communication tasks and customer follow-ups.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate insurance products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and thorough customer service across all communication channels.
- Support sales consultants and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with State Farm and ECRM (Salesforce) systems (required).
- Ability to work a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong sales experience and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
