Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to develop leads, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Leverage training and resources to build knowledge in property, casualty, life, and health insurance lines.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Initiate and develop leads to expand the agency's client base.
- Schedule appointments and conduct needs assessments to identify customer requirements.
- Recommend and market appropriate insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work collaboratively with agency staff to achieve team objectives and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are preferred to better serve a diverse client base.
- Prior insurance sales experience and current Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are preferred, but not required.
