Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships by providing friendly, prompt, and accurate service at every touchpoint.
- Respond to insurance inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing questions.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers on insurance products and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to their unique situations.
- Maintain a strong, positive work ethic and demonstrate commitment to client satisfaction and agency goals each day.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and contribute to a supportive office culture.
- Stay current on industry products, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education to ensure the highest level of service and compliance.

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required).
