Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance clients, providing outstanding customer service
- Foster client loyalty through proactive communication and needs-based guidance
- Support the agency’s mission to deliver positive client experiences and reliable insurance solutions
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients in a professional manner
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and support agency growth initiatives
- Base compensation with bonus potential

- State Farm insurance experience preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to customers effectively

- Property & Casualty license highly preferred (must be able to obtain)
