Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Full-time opportunity to serve as a key point of contact for insurance clients
- Engage in value-based conversations to help clients understand their insurance options
- Support the agency’s growth through exceptional customer service and sales support

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing issues
- Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
- Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success each day
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals

- Active Property & Casualty license (required prior to hire)
- Active Life and Health license (required prior to hire)
