Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients with professionalism and warmth
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and consistent communication
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications
- Utilize a customer-focused review process to educate clients about insurance options and help them make informed decisions
- Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Assist with processing applications, endorsements, and policy changes as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and resolve escalated issues

Qualifications & Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)
