- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through open communication
- Utilize ECRM and other tools to keep records of interactions, process accounts, and file documents
- Handle customer complaints, provide effective solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Discuss homeowners and auto policy information with current policyholders without engaging in sales
- Take initiative to engage and go the extra mile for customers

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Property & Casualty License (required)
- Minimum of two years' experience working in a State Farm Agent office (required)

- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficient in ECRM platforms and insurance documentation
- Spanish language fluency (required)
