Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate clients on available insurance options and recommend suitable solutions
- Create insurance quotes, present product options, and close sales in compliance with organizational guidelines
- Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships to support business development
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a commitment to daily success and continuous improvement
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to management as required
- Remain current with product changes, technical developments, licensing requirements, and continuing education
