Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Client-focused role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support for insurance products
- Position involves handling inquiries, policy changes, claims, billing, and educating clients on insurance options
- Full-time role in a professional, growth-oriented agency environment
- No prior insurance experience required—comprehensive training provided
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients regarding insurance products and policy information
- Address inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency growth objectives
