Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Support clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims status, and document requests.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to identify insurance gaps and recommend appropriate products.
- Build rapport and trust with clients through consistent follow-up and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with sales and agency team members to identify sales opportunities and support agency growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must possess, or be able to obtain, an Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
