Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients by answering questions, processing policy changes, and educating them on available insurance products and coverage options.
- Engages in proactive sales and networking activities to develop new business and maintain strong client relationships.

- Meet established business production goals and objectives.
- Solicit new business through telephone outreach, networking, and other lead sources.
