Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a key team member, providing exceptional service to insurance clients.
- Support the agency’s mission to deliver value-based conversations and remarkable client experiences.
- Develop expertise in various insurance products through ongoing training and education.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up with clients as needed.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-focused needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance solutions.
- Prepare insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales as appropriate.
- Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships to expand the agency’s reach.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to success on a daily basis.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent for review and feedback.

- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
- Property & Casualty insurance license (must be obtained prior to start date).
- Life and Health insurance license (must be obtained prior to start date).
- Commitment to keeping current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education.
