Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication and follow-up
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing matters
- Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Facilitate policy updates, renewals, and retention initiatives for existing clients
- Provide detailed activity reports to the agency management as required
- Stay current with product changes, technical developments, and continuing education
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

- Competency in learning and using computer systems relevant to insurance operations

- Required: 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license (must have or be able to obtain)
- Required: 2-15 insurance license (must be able to obtain)
