Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as a knowledgeable and friendly point of contact for insurance clients
- Support daily operations, policy servicing, and customer relationship management
- Contribute to agency success through client advocacy and administrative excellence
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing
