Insurance Customer Service Representative Position OverviewJim Lindahl - State Farm Agency is seeking an enthusiastic Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hopkins, MN. Key Responsibilities- Generate leads, schedule appointments, evaluate client needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products and services to customers in Hopkins, MN and the surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive service.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional service in response to inquiries regarding insurance options, coverage eligibility, policy updates, transfers, claims processing, and billing matters.
- Work collaboratively as part of the agency team to meet business goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Actively participate in value-driven conversations and represent the agency’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license is required for this Insurance Customer Service Representative position.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, property & casualty, or life & health insurance is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Background in sales roles such as inside sales, outside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is preferred for this full-time position in Hopkins, MN.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and relate well to customers.
