Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address outstanding questions
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients seeking assistance with insurance products, claims, policy changes, billing, and related matters
- Educate customers about available insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Uphold a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering excellent results every day
- Maintain accurate and timely activity reports to support team goals
- Stay updated on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments through continued education
