Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture ongoing customer relationships by proactively following up and addressing client needs as they arise.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance products, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing questions.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about available insurance options and assist them in choosing suitable coverage.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a demonstrated commitment to achieving daily and long-term success.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the supervising agent, ensuring transparency and accountability in all customer interactions.
- Stay current with ongoing product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and participate in continuing education as needed.
Required Qualifications
