Insurance Customer Service Representative Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and personable Insurance Customer Service Representative to join a respected State Farm agency in Hilliard, OH. - Establish, nurture, and maintain strong customer relationships by following up with clients as needed and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries, processing requests, and resolving issues efficiently.

- Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is required, preferably within an office or professional setting.
