As an Insurance Agent Trainee, you will receive one-on-one training that covers all aspects of insurance sales, product knowledge, compliance, and effective marketing strategies. This program prepares you to become a licensed agent, offering study materials and support for acquiring your Property & Casualty license as well as your Life & Health license, if you do not already possess them. The position offers a base salary plus commission, giving you the opportunity to earn as you learn and grow within the company.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate insurance quotes, pricing, and relevant information to both prospective and existing clients. You will learn to navigate industry guidelines and ensure all procedures are compliant with company and regulatory standards. Meeting new business sales goals is a key part of the job, and you will work with existing leads while also developing new opportunities and marketing appropriate insurance products to a diverse client base.
