Responsibilities- Deliver accurate insurance quotes, pricing, and product information to prospective and existing clients, ensuring a clear understanding of available coverage options.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry standards when providing quotes and handling client information, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Meet new business sales goals by actively working with existing leads, developing new leads, and marketing appropriate insurance products to a diverse client base.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on sales techniques, customer service best practices, insurance products, and effective marketing strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster trust, encourage repeat business, and provide ongoing support for their insurance needs.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to share insights, discuss strategies, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a valid Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license. Study materials and support are provided for candidates not yet licensed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and colleagues professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new processes, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning within the insurance industry.
- Successful completion of a credit and background check is required for employment.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or networking is considered a plus, as is holding a Property & Casualty insurance license.
