Key Responsibilities- Deliver accurate quotes, pricing information, and policy details to both prospective and existing clients, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Follow company guidelines and regulatory procedures for all quoting and sales activities, maintaining compliance at every step.
- Achieve new business sales goals by nurturing existing leads, generating new leads, and promoting relevant insurance products to meet individual client needs.
- Utilize training in sales techniques and product knowledge to build long-term client relationships and support business growth.
- Participate in one-on-one mentoring sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance your expertise in the insurance industry.
- Able to obtain, or currently holds, a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health License. Study materials and support will be provided to unlicensed candidates.
- Demonstrates an outgoing, confident, and assertive personality, comfortable engaging with clients and team members.
- Quick learner with a collaborative attitude, capable of adapting to evolving industry practices.
- Strong commitment to personal and professional growth within the insurance field.
- Must successfully pass credit and background checks as part of the onboarding process.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or networking is advantageous but not required.
- Holding a Property & Casualty insurance license is considered a plus.
