Key Responsibilities- Provide detailed insurance quotes, pricing information, and product recommendations to prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure all quoting procedures and client interactions comply with company and industry guidelines, including those set forth by Farmers and regulatory authorities.
- Meet or exceed new business sales goals by leveraging existing leads, cultivating new prospects, and actively marketing applicable insurance products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and support throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to refine sales strategies and expand product knowledge.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focusing on sales techniques, customer service excellence, insurance industry standards, and marketing best practices.
- Must be able to obtain or currently possess a valid Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health Insurance license as required by state regulations.
- Outgoing, confident, and assertive communication style with a strong drive to succeed.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth within the insurance industry.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive credit and background check in accordance with company policy and industry standards.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or networking is advantageous but not required.
