Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate insurance quotes, pricing details, and related information to both prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure that all quoting procedures and practices are fully compliant with established insurance guidelines and regulatory procedures.
- Work proactively to meet new business sales goals by engaging with existing leads, developing new leads, and marketing appropriate insurance products and services.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on sales techniques, customer service best practices, insurance product knowledge, and effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with experienced agents for mentorship and guidance, enhancing your professional growth within the insurance field.
- Eligible to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health License. Study materials will be provided for candidates who do not yet have these licenses.
- Demonstrates an outgoing, confident, and assertive personality, with strong interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to successfully pass credit and background checks as required by industry regulations.
