Duties & Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound communications to existing leads or clients to discuss insurance and financial product options
- Develop proficiency in using client management software and maintaining detailed records of interactions
- Stay updated on insurance product offerings and compliance requirements
- Schedule appointments for licensed team members or agency leadership based on lead follow-up
- Organize, update, and manage databases of prospects and clients efficiently
- Exhibit professional and courteous telephone manners at all times
- Participate in training to develop leadership skills and learn marketing strategies
- Adhere to all compliance standards and agency guidelines in client communications
- Contribute to the agency’s outreach, client retention, and business growth goals

- Property and Casualty licensing recommended or willingness to pursue licensing
